Wapo Monday June 22nd (Afternoon)
We finished the first full day at Wapo. It was a blast! This afternoon, we took our swim tests, and had free time! Now it’s time for dinner, cabin activities, capture the flag, campfire and Beta worship (for our 7th-9th grade campers)! It’s a fun first day!
The rain this morning didn’t last long… We had blue skies for swim tests this afternoon!
The water was a little chilly, but it didn’t stop these campers!
These guys dominated the first half of the swim test by swimming around the perimeter of our swim area!
If you get a green band at the swim test you can swim anywhere in the swim area and take out a boat by yourself during free time!
These girls and their counselor, KG, had a blast at swim tests!
Woohoo! “We love swim tests!”
At the Art Shop, these girls were working on making lanyards with Rachel, the Art Shop Coordinator.
It’s fun to hang out at the Art Shop and make parachord bracelets! “Can you take a picture of us?”
These girls were hanging out with their counselor, Krista!
Take a look at these flexible campers!
Carpet ball is also a fun activity during free time!
